Isaak and Taj with their Battle Bots!
My birthday date.  Home show and the Bonsai for dinner!

And the birthday celebrations continue..... we went to the mall and shopped with the kids and saw Hogsmeade at South Towne, then we stayed at a hotel that night and swam in the pool!

 This guy gets birthday fudge!

Star Wars date with Isaak

THIS was crazy.  Saturday morning, I go to Hapkido in DayBreak at 6:10 in the morning.  There are cop cars everywhere, which is weird, but the roads are icy and I think maybe they're just out because of the roads.  Come home a couple hours later and there are cop cars blocking every road to my neighborhood.  They tell me there's an active shooter in the area and I'm not allowed to go home.  I call Shaun and he locks all the doors and I am not allowed to go home until around 11:30.  They did catch the guy a couple days later.  Apparently he was drunken, cops started questioning him, he ran into an apartment, shot the home owner, stole his car and wrecked it by Black Ridge Reservoir.  This all happened around 6am, when I was leaving. haha!  Crazy people!
Little Brother problems. haha!

 Before...
 After...... so handsome!

This is the stocking that my Mom made when she and my Dad got married.  I grew up looking at that stocking and I hope that my mom will continue to put it up each year, even though my dad won't be here much longer.
I go to my parents each week, sometimes several times a week to help out with my Dad.  I cherish little moments my Dad feels well enough to do things like this!
