Isaak's 4th Birthday!

On Isaak's birthday this year we had a huge old party with all of his friends. He invited Tana, Abbie, Avery(Fox), Arianna, and Ethan (Whiteman) from the circle... Nathan and Lexi (Kirsten and James), Conner (Nick and Sarah Cantwell) and Melissa is in town so Lincoln got to come! Beth and Zach drove down with them and got to join in. Of course my camera battery was dead so I started taking pictures with my Mom's camera after the pizza and presents. Here's his Batman cake that he picked out at Walmart. I don't think he talked about anything else for the whole week leading up to his Birthday. :)

I love that Kirsten lives so close and that we're still such great friends. We still get together at least once a month. Love her!!!

Poor Isaak got sick with the croup hours after this party ended. Looking back I can tell that he wasn't feeling 100% even during the party, poor guy! I love you Isaak, I'm so happy I get to be your Mommy!

Shaun's birthday and karate!

Last Thursday was Shaun's 33rd birthday! We made him a special breakfast of swedish pancakes (his fav) and we had some special yellow cupcakes ready with candles in them. Then he was off to work and when he got home we went out to dinner and then watched a movie at home. Happy Birthday hon, you deserve the best!

Isaak started karate this week. He is the smallest and youngest kid in his class but he seems so excited for it. After our last class I caught him busting some punching moves out by the car while he watched his reflextion. SO CUTE! Love you buddy, you're doing great!

30th Birthday and Wheeler Farm

I'm 30! It feels so wierd to say, I guess now I'm a real adult. :) My birthday was great. I took off with the kids to Wheeler Farm during the day, then visited Shaun at his office for about an hour. That night Alisa came over with her kids and babysat while we went to Jo's Crab Shack for dinner. Here's my cake after we got home, so yummy! The kids and I had so much fun at Wheeler Farm that we went again the next day with Alisa and her kids! We spent 3 hrs there looking at all the animals, eating lunch, and playing on the playground. I feel a trend in the making, I love that place! Here's some of my favorite pics of that day.

Saturday night Danielle and I took our boys out for a birthday surprise date! (Cody's b day was on the 6th.) We took the boys to La Costa for dinner. Wow, so yummy, I feel a new trend happening with that place, too! Then we went to see the new Mission Impossible movie. I so wish they lived closer, we love seeing them!
